Port Harcourt Couples Hangout ‘Marriage or Manage’ was refreshing, entertaining, and enlightening.
Sunday, 23rd April 2023, was everything and more for the couples. From the garden setting to the reminiscing session were we shared how we met, then to the games, group sessions, teachings, dancing, and questions and answers. Of course, we also ate, networked, and prayed for our marriages cum family.
Key Takeaways from Ngee & Rich’s segment was quite enlightening as they shared on identifying one another’s strength, complimenting each other, and investing in growing together.
As an NGO, we (Keeping Marriage Alive Initiative) find ways to tackle societal issues and our Couples’ Hangout, tackles the issues of Gender Equality (SDG 5), and addresses areas that affect our ONENESS in marriage.
A big thank you to our beloved coordinators, Pst. Emmanuel Akubueze and Mrs. Camilla Inobeme. We also thank everyone who made this a success, including our beloved Mrs Awele Duru, who shared on slaying and looking good after ‘Yes, I do.’
