It’s better to be blind and have a clear vision on where one is going than to have eyes and no vision of the future.”
This was part of the lessons taken from our just concluded LoveSkool (Singles) Hangout, powered by Keeping Marriage Alive Initiative (KMAI).
To break the ice, singles were divided into groups and given tasks to showcase their talents in areas like drama, music,  dance, etc, while highlighting key habits necessary for building relationships.
Ngee (Ngozi Okonkwo)shared the importance of addressing family patterns and turning our wishes and dreams into a vision, with practical steps on achieving it. She also encouraged everyone in attendance to define their relationships and the value they bring to each other’s lives.
Rich (Dr. Richard Okonkwo)left the singles with a warning. “if you don’t know where you are going, you will be driven to where you never intended to go.”
It was indeed a time filled with learning, unlearning, relearning, fun, networking, and of course refreshments with several prizes won, too.
We thank all our stakeholders, coordinators, staff, and, of course, our dear Founders for a very enlightening, fulfilled LoveSkool Hangout.
We can’t wait for the next session cum Hangout coming up in January 2025.
